• Paid Plan & Credit Topup Users: All songs, vocals, and stems generated under active paid subscriptions or purchased credit packages include 100% Royalty-Free Commercial Usage Rights. You are permitted to monetize, distribute, stream (YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music, TikTok), and perform your generated tracks without paying ongoing royalties.
• Free Trial Users: Songs generated on free tier allocations are intended for non-commercial evaluation and personal testing only.
• User Input Materials: You retain ownership of all original text lyrics, poems, and stories that you input into the platform. You warrant that your inputs do not infringe third-party copyrights or trademarks.

3. Prohibited Content & Code of Conduct

When utilizing TextSongAI.org, you agree not to submit prompts, lyrics, or inputs that:

• Infringe on third-party intellectual property, copyrights, or registered voice likenesses without explicit authorization.
• Promote hate speech, violence, illegal activities, or explicit harassment.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload platform APIs, GPU workers, or authentication flows.

4. Subscriptions, Credits & Payments

Credits purchase AI synthesis computational time. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the billing cycle end date. Unused subscription credits reset at each monthly renewal cycle, whereas standard credit topup packs do not expire.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

While we strive for maximum service availability and studio-grade audio output, we do not warrant that service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
