Because computational GPU resources are allocated immediately upon music generation requests, digital goods and spent generation credits are generally non-refundable once consumed. However, we ensure fair solutions under qualifying conditions outlined below.

2. Eligible Refund Circumstances

We process full or partial refunds under the following specific conditions:

• Technical Generation Failures: If a payment or credit deduction occurs but a system error prevents your song audio or MIDI file from generating, and your credits were not automatically refunded by the system.
• Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally billed multiple times for a single subscription or credit package due to payment gateway network glitches.
• Unused Packages within 7 Days: If you purchased a credit package or subscription and have not used any credits, you may request a 100% money-back refund within 7 days of purchase.

3. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time via your account management dashboard or by contacting support. Once canceled:

• Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
• No further recurring payments will be charged to your payment method.
• Prior subscription payments for active months are non-refundable.
